Considering that just over 80% of all internet users use search engines to find what they’re looking for it’s highly suggested that you have a website that is optimized and has a steady flow of new visitors every week.

Although all can be effective, I would assume cost is important too. So weighing the response along with the cost, I would cut out the Yellow Pages.

The mailing list is important, as these are people who have shown interest in your business.. A web page is super cheap and can change daily or with the seasons/holidays. Ads in local newspapers can also be changed regularly to reflect the holidays/seasons, and can be more affordable than the yellow pages.
