    you’re given a …
you’re given a choice once you create your own ad campaign… a choice of which site or network you prefer. you can either have them placed on each site automatically or manually one by one you place them.. or you can just turn the network feature off and have it run via google search only

    Using adwords to …
Using adwords to direct people to an affiliate website is Google Cash (I own it). The problem with the Google Cash method (or any affiliate marketing) is that you can be at the mercy of the conversion rate of the sales letter on the companies website. Also Google is in the process of slapping affiliates on Adwords (it’s a big topic again) because you aren’t the authority – you are sending traffic to the authority. Google likes to deal with authorities only.

(From Australia). Haven’t implemented anything, yet. But, I’ve downloaded several of your videos. Still am, and have just subscribed. I like the way you do not sensationalize anything about affiliate marketing.
    Just plain, clear, layman’s info.
    Please keep it up.

Ok neato, thanks. I am new and need to find a good or decent site idea, I will probibly on get 2 clicks per day with my small one right now : / But, im getting there

  • lisa3876:

    It sure can, …
It sure can, especially if you’re new. Google is probably making sure the clicks are valid.

  • FallingWest:

    Does it take awhile …
Does it take awhile for the gains of today to come up? Because it says there were a few clicks, but says no money made today

  • Abetterme09:

I tried to take as …
I tried to take as much time to understand ,adwords but I did not make any money. I did not know what I was doing. I will go back to adwords as soon as I find more information. Even though, I may be very septic about some of the information people put on the web. I don’t want to loose my account. The bright side is, I am still climbing the ladder with adsense.

  • lisa3876:

    Oh! I was very …
Oh! I was very confused. OK. ;) Thanks.

  • lisa3876:

    Say you were …
Say you were promoting The Wealthy Affiliate Program and you earn $50 per sign up (just an example). You could bid on the keyword “wealthy affiliate review” in AdWords and you pay for every visit. Your landing page will promote the WA program and your goal is to make a profit on signups. So if it costs you $20 in AdWords to make one sale, then you’ve made $30.

For clarity’s sake, my comment about shortsightedness was aimed at mplsriidah’s comments about clicking on his own ads, not on your video. Your videos have all had useful info , including this one.

ok im trying to understand i can see how u can use adwords with affilation programs to make money if u have a review website but how else could u use adwords????????????? u just post an ad on google and since u post it than u get the affiliation commission money

  • msyannafresh:

    when using adword …

    My system seems to …
My system seems to work very well. I don’t spend time focusing on SEO much anymore. Because my site is old the SE’s love it so traffic is steady. I now literally make money while I sleep but it did take a while to build it to this point. Wasn’t easy at all. And I did spend a lot of time building content. It was so worth it though. Slow and steady wins the race. :)

  • noizefloor:

    You are supremely …
You are supremely shortsighted. BTW Your way sounds like a lot more work than getting some content together and working on optimizing.

  • lisa3876:

    Agree. That’s what …
Agree. That’s what happened to a friend. She clicked her ads so much in the first two days, it got her CTR up to 50%. Most legitimate campaigns would never have a CTR that high but many people don’t realize that. She was banned immediately.

  • asiaexplorers:

    It’s not worth …
It’s not worth click our own ads and risk getting banned. I think what Google tracks is the Clickthrough Rate – the percentage of clicks vs page impressions. If it appears abnormal, they’ll shut you down. That’s why new accounts get banned more easily, as their impressions are still low, it doesn’t take too many clicks to make the CTR look abnormal.
